What will we be learning?

In our first few classes, we will be discussing what lifestyle changes you can make to achieve your weight-loss and healthy living goals. We will explore what it means to eat healthfully...what to eat, when to eat it and why. Delving deeper into nutrition, we will discuss the way our body uses food and how and why it stores fat and how we can help our bodies let go of excess fat through good nutritional choices! We will talk about how we can accelerate fat loss by avoiding certain foods and supporting our bodies even further through the use of some key doTERRA products. To really complete our healthy lifestyle make-over, we will discuss how we can move our bodies more to build more lean muscle mass and lose fat!

We will be learning lots of great, life changing information! Through these classes, we will be supporting one another in our awesomely good choices, and be there for each other during our struggles.
