On-line support

I set up a facebook page for class participants so we can all chat and support one another! Hop on over to it, join, and chat away! (Tip: click on "join" to be directed to the page.)

Location of our class!

The first class will be at my house! We were thinking of hosting it elsewhere, renting a meeting room or something, but a few participants are needing to bring their kiddos, so our house will work better for the little ones. We adults might be a little "cozy", but that's okay. :)

Those who will not be able to physically make it, message me and I will send you a link to a previously recorded webinar that is EXCELLENT: basic information about Slim and Sassy and packed full of solid information about healthy eating and lifestyle choices!!
